▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing conductive aggregate comprises (i) mixing the fine aggregate with calcium hydroxide aqueous solution, filtering, collecting the solid phase, and drying the fine aggregate to obtain the fine aggregate with calcium ions grafted on the surface; (ii) mixing the graphene oxide raw liquid with deionized water under the auxiliary action of magnetic stirring and ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene oxide solution; (iii) mixing the graphene oxide solution with the fine aggregates grafted with calcium ions on the surface, stirring mechanically continuously under heating conditions, wrapping the fine aggregate with the graphene oxide evenly on the surface and drying; and (iv) carrying out in-situ thermal reduction and microwave treatment with the fine aggregate of graphene oxide uniformly wrapped on the surface to obtain fine aggregates with graphene wrapped on the surface. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive aggregate is useful for preparing intelligent cement-based composite materials based on nano-interface modification (claimed), structural health monitoring, electro-curing, electromagnetic shielding, road surface removing/melting snow, road weighing and traffic monitoring. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of directly introducing carbon-based nano material dispersed in the cement matrix, and the development intelligent type the cement-based composite material generally uses the sacrificial working performance and mechanical property which is costlier. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for application of conductive aggregate for preparing intelligent cement-based composite materials based on nano-interface modification.
