NOVELTY - Elastic coated graphene comprises 10-14 pts. wt. elastic reinforcement, 0.7-1 pts. wt. polysorbate, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 105-140 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 30-40 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. diisopropylethanolamine, 0.3-1 pts. wt. 8-hydroxyquinoline copper, 5-7 pts. wt. microcrystalline paraffin and 1-2 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate. USE - Used as elastic coated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The coated graphene has excellent elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing elastic coated graphene comprising (i) adding 8-hydroxyquinoline copper into 10-15 times its weight of absolute ethanol, stirring, adding diisopropylethanolamine, and stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain alcohol amine solution, (ii) adding microcrystalline paraffin into 5-7 times dimethylformamide, stirring evenly, heating at 65-70 degrees C, adding toluene diisocyanate, and stirring mixture for 4-10 minutes to obtain amide solution, (iii) mixing above alcohol amine solution and amide solution, stirring uniformly, adding thermoplastic elastomer, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-20 minutes to obtain elastomer dispersion, (iv) adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and ethyl orthosilicate into mixture of 35-40 times the weight of deionized water, adding polysorbate, above elastomer dispersion, and graphene oxide, stirring reaction for 4-5 hours, suction filtering, washing filter cake, drying in vacuum at 55-60 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain final product.
