NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide polyurethane sealing foam rubber involves dispersing graphene into N,N'-dimethylformamide solution using ultrasonic technology to obtain dispersed graphene oxide solution, and adding the isophorone diisocyanate solution to the graphene oxide solution, pass an inert gas protection, and reacting at a preset temperature for a preset duration. The pH value of the dispersion liquid is adjusted to 9-10 with ammonia water, then heatd up and add an appropriate amount of hydrazine hydrate to reduce. The reaction is completed, and centrifugal washing with dimethylformamide (DMF) solution is repeated until the unreacted isophorone diisocyanate is removed to obtain the product isocyanate modified graphene (IMG). The isocyanate-modified graphene is dispersed in diphenylmethane diisocyanate by ultrasound to obtain IMG-modified B glue. The IMG modified B glue is reacted with the A glue through the glue application equipment to obtain a mixed glue strip. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide polyurethane sealing foam rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide polyurethane sealing foam rubber, that use hydrophilic and hydrophobic characteristics of graphene oxide, and amplifying its hydrophobic characteristics, and hydrolysis resistance of the surface of the obtained rubber strip is significantly improved, and the tensile strength of the rubber strip after hydrolysis can be significantly enhanced, which greatly improves the service life of the rubber strip product in harsh environments.
