NOVELTY - The device has a cover sheet provided with a liquid detection pool at a position corresponding to a sensing area (22). A liquid inlet (222) and a liquid outlet (223) are provided in the liquid detector pool. The cover sheet is provided with an injection channel connected with a modulation area (21) for injecting magnetic fluid to the modulation area. A piston blocks the injection channel is provided at an inlet of the liquid injection channel for blocking the injection fluid. A cover sheet (2) is connected with the sensing area. The liquid detection pool is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. USE - Terahertz device based on ultra-surface integrated sensing and modulation function for super-surface-graphene-magnetic fluid three-layer heterojunction light modulation structure. ADVANTAGE - The terahertz device: is simple in structure, easy to process, capable of respectively realizing terahertz modulation and sensing function, and has high carrier migration rate of graphene.
