NOVELTY - Graphene anti-corrosive aqueous coating comprises 20-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-25 pts. wt. aldehyde ketone resin, 0.5-0.5 pts. wt. anhydrous polyamide resin, 5-15 pts. wt. nitro-cotton, 15-40 pts. wt. graphene, 8-15 pts. wt. functional pigments, 5-20 pts. wt. filler, 5-20 pts. wt. auxiliary agents, 30-70 pts. wt. solvent, and 2-8 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The graphene anti-corrosive aqueous coating is useful for wind energy generator tower cylinder, and in oil and chemical industries and marine engineering technology. ADVANTAGE - The graphene anti-corrosion aqueous coating has improved wetting performance, bonding strength, internal plasticity and impact resistance. The graphite of the alkene can reduce the use of the anti-corrosion material and improve the environment-friendly performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of graphene anti-corrosion aqueous coating, comprising (i) weighing the above-mentioned raw materials; (ii) placing the graphene in a grinding machine, grinding to 8-20 um, mixing the graphene and epoxy resin and adding a certain amount of solvent, placing in a stirrer for stirring for 1- 3 hours to obtain the mixed solution a; (iii) placing the aldehyde ketone resin and polyamide resin a grinding machine, adding solvent, slowly stirring until the solid content is less than 30%, adding nitro-cotton, and stirring again until the nitro-cotton disappears to obtain mixed solution b; and (iv) mixing the mixed solution a and mixed solution b, stirring and adding pigment and filler, placing in a mixer, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, and slowly adding auxiliary agent while stirring, when the auxiliary agent added to the mixed solution is suitable viscosity, adding the fixing agent, stirring for 0.5 hour, and heating to 90℃ to obtain the graphene anti-corrosion aqueous coating.
