NOVELTY - Gas sensor comprises a gas sensor element (100), a graphene layer (120), which is settled with the hollow structure that is laid with a first thin film of metal oxide (110) that acts as a semiconductor. The former hollow structure of the gas sensor is laid with second thin film of metal oxide (116). The latter hollow structure is laid with third thin film of metal oxide (118). The gas sensor is made up of a composite graphene layer that comprises multiple hollow structures. USE - Gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The gas sensor has good mechanical stability, ans is capable of withstanding external physical stress. The manufactured gas sensor effectively detects the presence of gases in an area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing gas sensor, which comprises a gas sensor element, a graphene layer settled with the hollow structure that is laid with thin film of metal oxide.
