NOVELTY - The selector has substrate layer (2) which is made of electric conduction material. Side surfaces of step portion (3) are vertical to surface of ladder portion. Step portion is smaller than substrate layer. Coating (6) is provided to cover on lower and upper surfaces of step portion. Gap is provided between concave step portion (5) and ladder portion. Interruption groove layer (7) is provided to cover upper surface of discontinuous step portion. Filling layer (4) is provided to fill gap groove layer and ladder portion. Gap is filled between groove layer and concave step portion. USE - Graphene based waveguide path selector. ADVANTAGE - The graphene based waveguide path selector uses the graphene with so as to continuously change the wave in different area. The graphene based waveguide path selector does not produce characteristic of large attenuation. The electrical conductivity of graphene is greater than zero.
