NOVELTY - Graphene material preparation involves mixing 80-90% graphite material, 5-10% starch, 3-8% polyvinyl alcohol, 1.5-3% polyhydric alcohol and 0.5-1% dispersing agent as raw material in a high speed mixer at a rotation speed of 600-1200 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 10-25 minutes to obtain a premix. The obtained premix is placed in a rotating screw machine having paragraph alignment settings dispersion, shearing carbonized sections, shear peel segment and discharge end at a rotation speed 100-1200 rpm to form a sheet-shaped material. USE - Method for preparing graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method continuously prepares the graphene material through screw machine by applying small surge pressure on graphite layers, where cutting and striping are carried out in the direction parallel to the graphite layer faces. The continuous carbonizing, reduction, cutting and stripping of carbon raw materials can be achieved in the continuous screw machine, where the layer face structure of the graphene is reserved to the maximum degree. The graphene can be continuously and stably prepared on large-scale mass production with remarkable market application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene material preparation involves mixing 80-90% graphite material, 5-10% starch, 3-8% polyvinyl alcohol, 1.5-3% polyhydric alcohol and 0.5-1% dispersing agent as raw material in a high speed mixer at a rotation speed of 600-1200 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 10-25 minutes to obtain a premix. The obtained premix is placed in a rotating screw machine having paragraph alignment settings dispersion, shearing carbonized sections, shear peel segment and discharge end at a rotation speed 100-1200 rpm to form a sheet-shaped material. The obtained sheet-shaped material is cut into segments in reducing agent feed port. The cut material segments are placed into carbide stripping section for forming monolayer, and then placed into twin screw extruder for rotating continuously in longitudinal and transverse directions to obtain a large shear peel graphene material. The obtained large shear peel graphene material is placed into kneading section at 100-200 degrees C to form the finished graphene material.
