▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide (RGO)-based biosensor comprises (a) a substrate, (b) a source electrode and a drain electrode formed on the substrate, (c) a reduced graphene oxide channel formed between the source electrode and the drain electrode, (d) a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chip for supplying a reaction solution to the reduced graphene oxide channel, (e) a passivation layer sealing the reaction solution supplied through the PDMS chip so as not to contact the source electrode and the drain electrode, and (f) a gate electrode supplied through the PDMS chip and electrically connected to a reaction solution in contact with the reduced graphene oxide channel. USE - The RGO-based biosensor is useful for detecting biomaterials comprising 6E10 antibody or acetyl cholinesterase in liquid phase, which is useful for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The RGO-based biosensor has high sensitivity capable of driving a low voltage by directly applying gate voltage to reaction solution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing the RGO-based biosensor; and (2) a method for detecting the biomaterial using an RGO-based biosensor.
