▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The vertical graphene-based tensile stress sensor includes stretching rate that is more than 50% and audio is identified. The sensitivity factor is greater than 100 in 50% of the tensile state. The vertical graphene includes a bottom plane layer and a vertical layer, and provided with a high density net crack. The net-shaped crack divides the vertical graphene into multiple small blocks. The adjacent small blocks are electrically connected through the vertical layer. Two sides of the crack are still kept electrically connected in the stretching state. USE - Vertical graphene-based tensile stress sensor for directly attaching the skin of the pregnant woman to monitor the heart rate of the pregnant woman or the fetus in real time. Can also be used for artificial ear film to identify audio frequency, attaching human skin for pulse and identifying pulse, sensing movement of human body joint or muscle or for skin of the robot. ADVANTAGE - The stretchable stress sensor based on vertical graphene has the characteristics of having a high stretch rate and a high sensitivity, and capable of recognizing audio. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a vertical graphene-based tensile stress sensor.
