▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of polyaniline sulfonated graphene composite electrode material comprises dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in N-methylpyrrolidone, mixing with sulfonated polyaniline-graphene composite material, acetylene black, and polyvinylidene fluoride at ratio of 80:10-15:10-5, grinding, coating on current collector of stainless steel sheet, and drying to obtain composite electrode material. USE - Method for preparing polyaniline sulfonated graphene composite electrode material (claimed) used for supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, is quick and environment-friendly. The composite electrode material has high specific capacitance, excellent rate performance, and good circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyaniline sulfonated graphene composite electrode material comprises dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride in N-methylpyrrolidone, mixing with sulfonated polyaniline-graphene composite material, acetylene black, and polyvinylidene fluoride at ratio of 80:10-15:10-5, grinding, coating on current collector of stainless steel sheet, and drying to obtain composite electrode material. The sulfonated polyaniline-graphene composite material is prepared by dispersing sulfonated graphene in deionized water; adding aniline monomer, ultrasonically dispersing under ice bath condition, slowly adding water soluble ammonium sulfate liquid for 0.5-1 hour, ice bath reacting for 4-6 hours, polymerizing, cleaning, drying, dispersing in aqueous sulfuric acid solution, soaking in sulfuric acid, and filtering.
