NOVELTY - A metal hydride hydrogen storage tank comprises hydrogen storage bed comprising 80-98 %mass hydrogen storage alloy powder and 2-20 %mass additive. The additive comprises an epoxy resin and a curing agent. USE - Metal hydride hydrogen storage tank is used in hydrogen energy system. ADVANTAGE - The metal hydride hydrogen storage tank has simple structure, high filling efficiency, which can reduce the effect of hydrogen storage material to the tank component, and uniform filling, which avoids the dust phenomenon of the hydrogen storage alloy powder in the process of filling the tank. The additive can effectively improve the pulverization of the hydrogen storage bed, avoid stress concentration caused by powder accumulation, and improve the service life and safety of the metal hydride hydrogen storage tank.
