NOVELTY - Reinforced flame-retardant microcapsule composite material comprises 80-19 wt.% modified thermoplastic polymer core, 10-19 wt.% synergistic fire retardant, 10-19 wt.% modified filling flame retardant and 1-10 wt.% synergistic graphene heat retardant. The composite material is formed by three-layer compact core-shell structure and the synergistic effect between them, so that the mechanical properties of the modified thermoplastic polymer are improved, and the smoke suppression performance of the composite material is improved. The flame retardant properties are simultaneously improved. USE - Reinforced flame-retardant micro-capsule composite material. ADVANTAGE - The reinforced flame-retardant micro-capsule composite material has excellent water resistance and weather resistance, and is environment-friendly, simple to prepare, and has excellent smoke-inhibiting performance and fire retardant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing enhanced flame-retardant microcapsule composite material, which involves: 1. taking the set amount of water- soluble graphene dispersed into the deionized water ultrasonic 5h to obtain uniform graphene slurry; 2. preparing and weighing the modified thermoplastic resin particles according to the proportion soaking in the graphene slurry, standing for 5 hours, after coating the synergistic fire retardant layer on the outer surface of the modified thermoplastic resin taking out and drying to obtain the graphene modified thermoplastic resin with single-layer core-shell structure; 3. preparing and weighing the modified zinc stannate according to the proportion dispersing into the deionized water obtaining hydroxyl zinc stannate slurry; 4. soaking the graphene modified thermoplastic resin obtained into the hydroxyl zinc stannate slurry obtained coating a layer of hydroxyl zinc stannate onthe outer side of graphene layer of graphene modified thermoplastic resin particles obtaining the modified zinc stannate graphene thermoplastic resin mixture with three-layer core-shell structure; 5. drying the modified zinc stannate graphene modified thermoplastic resin mixture, banburying namely obtaining the modified zinc stannate graphene thermoplastic resin with three-layer compact core-shell structure.
