▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Antistatic biodegradable polymer composite comprises a biodegradable polymer matrix and reduced graphene oxide, where biodegradable polymer matrix exists in the form of biodegradable polymer microspheres, and reduced graphene oxide is coated on the surface of the biodegradable polymer microsphere. The mass ratio of the biodegradable polymer matrix to the reduced graphene oxide is from 100:1 to 100:30. USE - Antistatic biodegradable polymer composite. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic biodegradable polymer composite solves graphene in the polymer stack, agglomeration caused by difficult to disperse, and has glass temperature, mechanical property and anti-static property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antistatic biodegradable polymer composite, which involves: (A) dispersing the biodegradable polymer in an organic solvent to obtain a biodegradable polymer dispersion, the concentration of the biodegradable polymer in the dispersion is 1g/5mL-1g/50mL, where biodegradable polymer is polypropylene carbonate or polybutylene dioxide/butylene terephthalate; (B) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain an aqueous graphene oxide dispersion; (C) adding the biodegradable polymer dispersion obtained in the step (1) to the aqueous graphene oxide dispersion, stirring, emulsification, removing the organic solvent to obtain stable dispersion oxidation graphene coated biodegradable polymer emulsion; (D) reducing the graphene oxide in the graphene oxide-coated biodegradable polymer emulsion by using a metal powder to obtain a reduced graphene oxide-coated biodegradable polymer microsphere; and (E) removing unreacted metal powder by hydrochloric acid, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain an antistatic biodegradable polymer composite.
