NOVELTY - Anti-virus and oil-stain-resistant light-curing coating adhesive comprises 3-6 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methacrylate, 35-48 pts. wt. bifunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate, 35-45 pts. wt. bifunctional aliphatic urethane methacrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. silicone modified aliphatic urethane acrylate, 1-3 pts. wt. diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. environmentally friendly initiator accelerator, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene composite antiviral powder and 0-0.1 pts. wt. color paste. USE - Anti-virus and oil-stain-resistant light-curing coating adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The anti-virus and oil-stain-resistant light-curing coating adhesive has stable product properties, good oil-stain resistance, easy cleaning, high hardness, and good anti-virus effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anti-virus and oil-stain-resistant light-curing coating adhesive, which involves: (A) adding hydroxypropyl methacrylate and bifunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate into the reactor A, heating and stirring at 60-80 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain composition A; (B) adding bifunctional aliphatic polyurethane methacrylate and silicone modified aliphatic polyurethane acrylate into reactor B, heating and stirring at 55-65 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain composition B; (C) adding diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide and environmentally friendly initiator accelerator into the stirring device, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain composition C; (D) adding composition A, composition B, and composition C into the reactor, heating and stirring at 45-55 degrees C for 15-20 minutes; and (E) adding graphene composite antiviral powder to the reaction kettle, and stirring at room temperature for 20-30 minutes to obtain anti-virus and oil-stain-resistant light-curing coating adhesive.
