▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based glass release agent comprises 10-30 pts. wt. graphite-graphene oxide microspheres with core-shell structure, 1-5 pts. wt. silicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.5-2 pts. wt. pH regulator, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 1-3 pts. wt. EDTA, and 20-50 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - A graphene-based glass release agent. ADVANTAGE - The release agent can effectively prevent glass product from adhering on metal mold during the demolding process, making the glass product surface smooth. The release agent has excellent film-forming adhesive, and can still maintain lubrication and anti-oxidation effect at high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the graphene-based glass release agent comprising adding polyethylene glycol in deionized water, fully stirring to dissolve, to form polyethylene glycol aqueous solution; adding graphite-graphene oxide microspheres with core-shell structure, adding pH regulator, adjusting pH value to 6-8; in turn adding silicone oil, sodium polyacrylate, and EDTA, continuously stirring for 10-100 minutes to obtain the graphene-based glass release agent.
