NOVELTY - High wearable damping sole material comprises 46-61 wt.% ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA), 10-19 wt.% chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber, 2.5-4.5 wt.% foaming agent, 1-1.8 wt.% crosslinking agent, 2-4 wt.% carbon black, 5.5-8.5 wt.% coupling agent modified white carbon black, 4.5-6.5 wt.% graphene micro-sheet, 3.5-6 wt.% silicone polymer, 1.5-2.5 wt.% compatilizer, 0.2-0.6 wt.% silane coupling agent, 0.3-0.7 wt.% stearic acid, 1-2.5 wt.% zinc oxide, and 0.5-2.5 wt.% zinc stearate. USE - High wearable damping sole material used in shoe soles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high wearable damping sole material has good tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, wear resistance and suitable to meet market demand. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing high wearable damping sole material, which involves: (A) drying foaming agent; (B) adding zinc oxide, zinc stearate and mixing uniformly; (C) allowing to rest at room temperature for 6-7 hours to obtain premix; (D) mixing EVA, chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber, crosslinking agent, carbon black, coupling agent modified white carbon black, graphene micro-sheet, silicone polymer, compatilizer, silane coupling agent and stearic acid uniformly at 60-70 degrees c; (E) ban burying at 90-95 degrees C for 15-25 minutes; (F) refining, granulating, and standing at room temperature for 20-24 hours to obtain semi-finished product; (G) putting semi-finished product into foaming mold for compression molding, where mold pressing pressure is 15-25 megapascal (MPa); (H) heating to 180-190 degrees C with foaming mold; (I) vulcanizing for 8-15 minutes; and (J) cooling and standing for 20-24 hours at room temperature to obtain sole material.
