NOVELTY - Superhydrophobic composite coating with self-repairing function comprises 1-20 pts. wt. graphene, 1-20 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate or tetrabutyl titanate, 1-20 pts. wt. ammonia, 1-5 pts. wt. low surface energy modifiers, 60-90 pts. wt. low surface energy polymer, 2-7 pts. wt. pore-forming agent, 5-25 pts. wt. deionized water and 60-100 pts. wt. organic solvent. The low surface energy modifier is perfluorinated silane, perfluorooctanoic acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, hexadecylamine or octadecylamine. USE - Superhydrophobic composite coating with self-repairing function. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved mechanical strength and high hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Superhydrophobic composite coating with self-repairing function comprises 1-20 pts. wt. graphene, 1-20 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate or tetrabutyl titanate, 1-20 pts. wt. ammonia, 1-5 pts. wt. low surface energy modifiers, 60-90 pts. wt. low surface energy polymer, 2-7 pts. wt. pore-forming agent, 5-25 pts. wt. deionized water and 60-100 pts. wt. organic solvent. The low surface energy modifier is perfluorinated silane, perfluorooctanoic acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, hexadecylamine or octadecylamine. The low surface energy polymer is PTFE, perfluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer, polyvinylidene fluoride, perfluoro silicone resin, polyphenylene sulfide, polysulfone and/or polyether ether ketone. The pore-forming agent is ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium bisulfate, sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate. The organic solvent is ethanol, acetone or ethyl acetate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of superhydrophobic composite coating comprising dispersing aqueous ammonia and graphene in organic solvent, dropwisely adding tetraethylorthosilicate or tetrabutyl titanate at dropping speed of 0.1-0.4 mL/minute to prepare sol solution, adding polymer and low surface energy modifier, magnetically stirring, mixing with pore forming agent, dissolving in deionized water with dropping speed of 1-2 mL/minute, spraying on the metal surface, heating at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes, calcining at 220-340 degrees C for 90 minutes and naturally cooling to room temperature.
