NOVELTY - Method for preparing functional masterbatch involves preparing polyamide chips, titanium dioxide powder, polyetherimide powder, polyester powder, chitin powder, graphene powder, bamboo fiber and perovskite composite oxide powder, (b) drying polyamide chips and surface treating titanium dioxide powder, (c) modifying the polyester powder with a modifier and mixing with etherimide powder to obtain a mixture, (d) mixing the perovskite composite oxide powder with anhydrous ethanol and dispersant to obtain an electrostatic replenishing emulsion, (e) soaking a bamboo fiber with surface treatment agent (B) and grinding to form the antibacterial powder, (f) mixing the surface-treated titanium dioxide powder, mixture, chitin powder, graphene powder, antibacterial powder, and electrostatic replenishing emulsion to obtain a functional powder, and (g) melt blending and extruding the functional powder and polyamide chips at a mass ratio of 1:(1.5-4), cooling and pelletizing to form the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing functional masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has high solid content and excellent interface compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing functional masterbatch involves preparing polyamide chips, titanium dioxide powder, polyetherimide powder, polyester powder, chitin powder, graphene powder, bamboo fiber and perovskite composite oxide powder and separating the titanium dioxide powder, the polyetherimide powder, the polyester powder, the chitin powder and the graphene powder for refining process, (b) drying the polyamide chips to a moisture content of less than 35 parts per million (ppm), using 0.2-0.6% surface treatment agent (A) for surface treatment of the titanium dioxide powder, (c) modifying the polyester powder with a modifier and mixing the modified polypolyester powder and etherimide powder to obtain a mixture, (d) mixing the perovskite composite oxide powder with anhydrous ethanol and dispersant and stirring using a high-speed shearing machine to obtain an electrostatic replenishing emulsion, (e) soaking a bamboo fiber with surface treatment agent (B), drying and grinding to form a antibacterial powder, (f) stirring the surface-treated titanium dioxide powder, mixture, chitin powder, graphene powder, antibacterial powder and electrostatic replenishing emulsion and drying to obtain a functional powder, and (g) melt blending and extruding the functional powder and polyamide chips at a mass ratio of 1:(1.5-4), cooling and pelletizing to form a functional masterbatch.
