NOVELTY - A fiber excited by light energy of metal ions, comprising: a core, which contains a fiber material, dry nano-copper powder with a particle size not exceeding 48 nm, and at least one of graphene, germanium ions and zirconium ions, and forming a link with the copper ions in the nano copper powder; and a cladding part, which is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the core part.
