NOVELTY - Carbon-carbon double bond-modified graphene oxide and mercapto group-containing hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive block copolymer are mixed, photosensitizer and organic solvent are added, reacted, filtered, washed and dried, to obtain hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive graphene oxide. Obtained product is dispersed in deionized water, reducing agent is added, uniformly mixed for 30-90 minutes, reacted at 40-60 degrees C for 3-12 hours, cooled, centrifuged, washed with methanol and dried under vacuum, to obtain hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive graphene. USE - Manufacture of hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive graphene used for lithium ion battery, super capacitor, solar battery, biosensors, heavy metal ion adsorption, stress sensor and hydrogen storage materials. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive graphene having high quality by simple, environmentally-friendly and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 10-100 ml Concentrated sulfuric acid having concentration of 98% is placed in ice bath at 0-5 degrees C, 0.5-5 g flake graphite is added, stirred, 0.25-2.5 g sodium nitrate is added, stirred, 1-15 g potassium permanganate is added, ice bath is removed, reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 12-72 hour, 20-200 ml deionized water is added, temperature is increased to 60-100 degrees C, stirred for 0.5-12 hour, temperature is lowered to 30-60 degrees C, 10-100 ml hydrogen peroxide having concentration of 30% is added, stirred for 15-90 minutes, high-speed centrifugation is performed, filtered, washed to neutral and vacuum-dried for 10-12 hours, to obtain graphene oxide powder. 0.5-5 g obtained graphene oxide is dispersed in ethanol, placed in water bath at 55 degrees C, 5-50 ml coupling agent having concentration of 0.05-0.25 g/ml is added dropwise, reacted for 10-96 hours, centrifuged, washed with water to neutral and dried under vacuum at 40 degrees C or less for 12 hours, to obtain carbon-carbon double bond modified graphene oxide. 35-55 mg 4-Cyanopentanoic acid dithiobenzoate and 10-20 mg 4,4'-azobis(4-cyanovaleric acid) are added to reaction flask, 0.1-1 ml dioxane is added, dissolved, 1.5-2.5 g pH sensitive monomer dissolved in 5-10 ml deionized water is added, pH is adjusted to 4, placed in water bath, reacted at 60-80 degrees C for 3-12 hours under stirring condition, cooled to room temperature for 15-90 minutes, obtained product is placed in 200-800 ml deionized water having pH of 4-5 for 3 days in dialysis bag with molecular weight cut off of 1000 and freeze-dried, to obtain macromolecular chain transfer agent. 1-1.5 g Obtained macromolecular chain transfer agent, 0.5-2 g temperature-sensitive monomer, 10-20 mg 4,4'-azobis(4-cyanovaleric acid) and 2-8 ml deionized water are added to reaction flask, 0.1-1 ml dioxane is added, dissolved, pH is adjusted to 5, placed in hot water bath under nitrogen atmosphere, reacted at 60-80 degrees C for 3-12 hours, cooled to room temperature, placed in 200-800 ml deionized water having pH of 6-7, dialyzed for 3 days and freeze-dried for 12-72 hours, to obtain hydrophilic temperature and pH-sensitive-dual sensitive block copolymer. 0.1 g Obtained product is added to reaction flask, 2-8 ml sodium borohydride having concentration of 0.5-5 mol/L is added and stirred at room temperature for 12-72 hours, to obtain mercapto group-containing hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive block copolymer. 0.05-0.5 g carbon-carbon double bond-modified graphene oxide and 0.1-0.5 g mercapto group-containing hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive block copolymer are mixed, 0.001-0.025 g photosensitizer and 0.5-5 g organic solvent are added, stirred, reacted for 10-30 minutes under irradiation of UV, filtered, washed using methanol and dried under vacuum at 60-90 degrees C for 6-24 hours, to obtain hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive graphene oxide. 30-90 mg Obtained product is ultrasonically dispersed in 5-10 ml deionized water, 40-60 mg reducing agent is added, uniformly mixed at room temperature for 30-90 minutes, reacted at 40-60 degrees C for 3-12 hours, cooled, centrifuged, washed with methanol and dried under vacuum for 6-24 hours, to obtain hydrophilic temperature and pH-dual sensitive graphene.
