▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano antibacterial material comprises yttrium oxide and graphene in a mss ratiof of (2-42.5):1. USE - The nano antibacterial material is useful inhibiting Gram-negative bacteria, preferably Escherichia coli and Gram-positive bacteria, preferably Staphylococcus aureus (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano antibacterial material is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of preparing nano antibacterial material, which involves (a) adding yttrium nitrate, polyvinylpyrrolidone and oxidized graphite to the mixture of water and ethanol, uniformly stirring and then reacting with water at 150-220 degrees C and (b) subjecting the reaction product obtained in step (a) to centrifugal separation to remove water, washing with ethanol and water and drying to obtain the product.
