▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified ammonium polyphosphate/graphene flame-retardant ethylene vinyl acetate foam composite material comprises 70-100 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-40 pts. wt. compound flame retardant, 2.5-3 pts. wt. azodicarbonamide foaming agent, 35-50 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 0.4 pt. wt. stearic acid, 0.5 pt. wt. zinc stearate, 0.7 pt. wt. zinc oxide and 0.9 pt. wt. dicumyl peroxide. The compound flame retardant comprises modified ammonium polyphosphate as acid source, gas source and carbon source, and graphene as synergist. The mass ratio of modified ammonium polyphosphate and graphene is (1-5):1. The modified ammonium polyphosphate is obtained by reacting ammonium polyphosphate with ethanolamine. USE - Modified ammonium polyphosphate/graphene flame-retardant ethylene vinyl acetate foam composite material used for building material, packaging, sports equipment and footwear (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The foam material has excellent flame retardant effect, better processing and mechanical properties, and is economical and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of modified ammonium polyphosphate/graphene flame-retardant ethylene vinyl acetate foam composite material, which involves (1) uniformly mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, compound flame retardant, calcium carbonate, stearic acid, zinc stearate, zinc oxide, dicumyl peroxide and azodicarbonamide foaming agent, transferring to preheated extruder, carrying out extrusion mixing at 110-120 degrees C with rotation speed of 20 rpm, (2) quickly transferring the resulting mixture to an open mill for 10-20 minutes, pressing the material into 3-5 mm sheet, (3) weighing certain amount of sheet obtained in step (2) according to the volume of the mold, placing in mold cavity of preheated flat vulcanizer, applying pressure at 10 MPa and mold foaming at 170 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
