NOVELTY - Method for preparing a carbon conductor for soft connection, involves (a) providing a copper foil substrate tape, (b) performing primary surface treatment on the copper foil substrate tape, (c) shaping the copper foil base material tape, (d) performing secondary surface treatment on the copper foil substrate tape, (e) forming a graphene film on the surface of the copper foil substrate tape to form a carbon conductor tape, (f) cutting along the length of the carbon conductor tape into at least two pieces, and overlapping the separated pieces of carbon conductor tape layer by layer and adhesively wrapping, and forming a protective layer on the outer surface of the adhesive body to obtain the carbon conductor for soft connection. USE - The method is used for preparing a carbon conductor for soft connection. ADVANTAGE - The method industrializes and streamlines the carbon conductor strip dividing equipment and the lamination and bonding equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation equipment of carbon conductor for soft connection, comprises a carbon conductor strip transmission line, a carbon conductor strip dividing device, and a superimposing bonding device for laminating, overlapping, and adhering and wrapping the divided pieces of carbon conductor strips, where the carbon wire transmission line is used to divide the carbon conductor strip by the carbon conductor strip dividing device, and then push it to the lamination bonding device for bonding and then send it out, the carbon conductor strip cutting device comprises at least one cutting wheel, and the superimposed bonding device comprises a bonding bin.
