NOVELTY - Antistatic masterbatch comprises 40-97 wt.% polymer resin, 1-49 wt.% black talcum powder, 1-49 wt.% carbon-based antistatic material, 1-10 wt.% other additives, where total proportion of black talcum powder and carbon black is no more than 50%. USE - Antistatic masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic masterbatch has no pungent odor when in use; overcomes static electricity generated by polymer materials due to friction, effectively improves color difference caused by static electricity of product, makes product quality stable, and also makes product have certain anti-static effect, and good effect on dust-proofing surface of product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDNET CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antistatic masterbatch, which involves: (A) weighing black talc with dispersant according to proportion of formula, adding to grinder, grinding at 2000 rotation/minute (rpm) for 10-20 minutes, and controlling particle size of grinded particles to 400-500 nanometer (nm); (B) crushing weighed polymer resin; adding grinded material, and other additives to high-speed mixer for blending to obtain blend; (C) placing blend in twin-screw extruder, where extrusion temperature, which is 170-180 degrees C, screw speed of 60-65 rpm, and then twin-screw extruder provided to extrude strips; placing strips in cold water, and cooling for 30-45 minutes to fully cool down; and (D) air-drying, cutting into antistatic master batches by pelletizer.
