NOVELTY - The detection device has a mounting base (13) whose lower end is provided with a detecting portion (2). The detecting portion is fixedly equipped with a detecting probe and a scanning and detection device. The scanning and detecting device is provided with light source device and nanofiber sensor which are connected in series through circuit. The nanofiber sensor is serially connected with the control device, a signal converting device, and processing and displaying device through circuit. USE - Intelligent nano-meter sensing detection device used in graphene production field. ADVANTAGE - The high precision of the graphene production is enhanced. The graphene material is effectively detected and the structure of the detecting portion is protected.
