▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ethanol by methanol continuous reaction comprises (i) adding the reaction raw material containing methanol, methyl iodide, carbon monoxide and hydrogen into the fixed bed tubular reactor to generate carbonylation reaction with the single-atom catalyst contact to obtain the product a; (ii) separating the product a to obtain the product containing methyl acetate; and (iii) passing the product containing methyl acetate and hydrogen into the ester hydrogenation reactor to contact with a copper-based catalyst for a hydrogenation reaction. USE - The method is useful for preparing ethanol by methanol continuous reaction. ADVANTAGE - The method can integrate carbonylation and catalytic hydrogenation into one system under the continuous action of supported monoatomic rhodium or iridium catalyzed carbonylation and supported copper-based catalyst thus realizes the continuous production of methanol to ethanol. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for device for preparing ethanol by methanol continuous reaction comprises a fixed bed tubular reactor, a separating unit and an ester hydrogenation reactor are connected sequentially.
