NOVELTY - Light-weight, high-strength, water-resistant decorative gypsum board comprises 70-80 pts. wt. gypsum powder, 5-10 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 1-3 pts. wt. corn starch, 0.5-3 pts. wt. foam stabilizing agent, 5-10 pts. wt. granite particles, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide flakes, 3-5 pts. wt. silicone acrylic emulsion, 0.3-0.9 pts. wt. waste paper pulp fiber, 0.5-1 pts. wt. cellulose nano fibrils, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. glass fiber, 3-6 pts. wt. surfactant and appropriate amount of water. USE - Light-weight, high-strength, water-resistant decorative gypsum board. ADVANTAGE - The light-weight, high-strength, water-resistant decorative gypsum board improves the overall impact resistance of the gypsum board, and overall isolation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a light-weight, high-strength, water-resistant decorative gypsum board, which involves: (A) crushing the gypsum powder raw materials, inputting the gypsum powder into the mill for grinding, screening the gypsum powder particles for use, where the fineness of the gypsum powder particles is 0.112 millimeter, cleaning granite particles and drying, moving granite particles into the ball mill and crushing through the mesh screen for use; (B) placing gypsum powder particles into the mixer, introducing the water needed for foaming, providing water to the gypsum powder for hydration to form gypsum, mixing gypsum powder and water using mixer to obtain a gypsum slurry, heating gypsum powder to meet the foaming conditions by adding diatomaceous earth, corn starch, foam stabilizer, silicone acrylic emulsion, slowly heating to 50-200 degrees C, increasing the mixer speed to 800r/minutes, fully stirring the gypsum powder through foam stabilizer performing physical foaming, adding auxiliary agent after foaming and keep stirring for 5-10 minutes; (C) adding surfactant and water in sequence, placing the granite particles into the graphene oxide sheet melted by the solvent, oxidizing graphene oxide sheet to graphene hydrogel, adding slowly surfactants, where the surfactants are used to prevent granite particles from agglomerating in graphene aerogels, and increase the surface tension of graphene aerogels, so that graphene hydrogels are wrapped on the surface of granite particles to fully mix the granite particles; (D) cooling graphene aerogel slurry into a gel state, introducing graphene gel and granite particles into the foamed gypsum slurry, reducing speed of the mixer, stirring and the graphene hydrogel and granite particles and dispersing in the foamed gypsum inside the bubble; (E) mixing gypsum slurry and the graphene gel, preparing the mold, place a limited built-in frame on the top of the mold, embedding built-in frame in the mold, taking out obtained paste board solution from the mixer and placing into the mold, standing for 0.5-1 hours and waiting for the paper surface slurry to pour; (F) moving the waste paper pulp fiber into the mixer, adding an appropriate amount of water, heating to 70 degrees C and continue to stir the obtained pulp slurry for 5-10 minutes, introducing glass fiber, surfactant and cellulose in sequence under stirring nanofibers, fully mixing and stirring for 30 minutes, then cooling for 1 hour; and (G) introducing the paper surface slurry to the top of the plaster board core body and allowing to stand for 0.5-1 hours, bonding paper surface slurry and solidifying on the plaster board core body, moving gypsum board and paper surface into the dryer for drying for 2-4 hours to obtain whole gypsum board and cutting to obtain a block gypsum board, packaging and shipping and processing to obtain product.
