▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing hot air drying gel thermal conductive skeleton material comprises adding surfactant and thermal conductive filler to gel polysaccharide aqueous dispersion, stirring and uniformly mixing at low speed until uniform, stirring and foaming at high speed, heating the foaming liquid in environment of 70-85 degrees C and continuously stirring and blasting, and cooling the foaming liquid to room temperature to obtain hydrogel and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing hot air drying gel thermal conductive skeleton material. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses foaming method to prepare a three-dimensional network of thermally conductive fillers; is good to the improvement of the thermal conductivity of products, simple, and easy to mass production; and has mild conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) hot air drying gel thermal conductive skeleton material prepared by the above preparation method; and (2) preparing polymer compound material filled with the hot air drying gel thermal conductive skeleton material, comprising immersing the hot-air drying gel thermal conductive framework material in liquid polymer or polymer solution, vacuum degassing and curing to prepare the polymer compound material, where the polymer is liquid silicone rubber, liquid epoxy resin and/or liquid polyurethane.
