NOVELTY - Preparing nano-silver wire antistatic polyester film comprises (i) preparing raw materials comprising 60-80 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 20-40 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 5-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 5-10 pts. wt. iron(II, III) oxide nanowires, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-silver wire, 0.6-1 pt. wt. surface treating agent and 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, (ii) uniformly mixing the above raw materials and adding into double-screw blending granulator, melting components and mixing into particles by double-screw blending granulator, (iii) sending mixed material into drying tower for drying and crystallizing, where preheating temperature of drying tower is 175°C and drying until the moisture content is ≤ 200 ppm, and (iv) extruding the dried mixture and cooling, longitudinally stretching the solid, stretching transversely at 130-145°C, and thermally setting to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for nano-silver line antistatic polyester film useful in high-conductivity network. ADVANTAGE - The polyester film: realizes the efficient construction of low contact resistance and high conductive network of the filler in the polymer matrix through four kinds of fillers; has a very high aspect ratio and bridge function in the system; reduces the content of the silver filler; and is capable of stably existing single atom thickness, two-dimensional crystal tightly composed of carbon atom six-membered ring, and honeycomb lattice structure with repeating period. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano-silver wire antistatic polyester film comprises (i) preparing raw materials comprising 60-80 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 20-40 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 5-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 5-10 pts. wt. iron(II, III) oxide nanowires, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-silver wire, 0.6-1 pt. wt. surface treating agent and 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, (ii) uniformly mixing the above raw materials and adding into double-screw blending granulator, melting components and mixing into particles by double-screw blending granulator, where the heating temperature of granulator is 280 degrees and the vacuum degree is 100 Pa, (iii) sending mixed material into drying tower for drying and crystallizing, where preheating temperature of drying tower is 175°C and drying until the moisture content is ≤ 200 ppm, (iv) extruding the dried mixture through the melt extrusion device and cooling at a speed of 72°C/minute, longitudinally stretching solid at 110-115°C, stretching transversely at 130-145°C, and thermally setting at 200-235°C to obtain the finished product.
