▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced silicon carbide heating rod comprises a hot area and acold area. The cold area comprises 72-93 wt.% silicon carbide, 4-13 wt.% graphene oxide boron, 0.5-3 wt.% boron carbide, 0.5-4 wt.% surfactant and 2-8 wt.% binder. The hot zone comprises 85-96 wt.% silicon carbide, 0.5-3 wt.% boron carbide, 0.5-4 wt.% surfactant, 3-8 wt.% binder and the surface of the hot zone is coated with graphene slurry with a concentration of 0.1-4 mg/L. USE - Used as graphene-reinforced silicon carbide heating rod. ADVANTAGE - The rod avoids heating rod partially overheating, easy to break phenomenon, and improves service life of heating rod.
