NOVELTY - Graphene accelerated polymerase chain reaction comprises a new material of graphene and integrating a new method to accelerate nucleic acid amplification and improving polymerase chain reaction technology, the graphene with adsorption and high ratio surface characteristics, increasing the contact between nucleic acid molecule and in polymerase chain reaction system, accelerating polymerase chain reaction process and reducing non specific amplification, is claimed. USE - The improved polymerase chain reaction technology is useful in preparing gene amplification detecting reagent box (claimed).
