▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-OPBI composite material comprises (i) dispersing graphite powder in methanesulfonic acid, sealing the system, avoiding contact with the air, taking the mixed solution, ultrasonic dispersing, centrifuging, and (ii) mixing with pure methanesulfonic acid solution in a three-necked flask, adding phosphorus pentoxide, stirring until dissolving, adding 3,3'-diaminobiphenyl and diethyl biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylate in the system, stirring and reacting under the nitrogen atmosphere, placing precipitated product into ice water, washing with sodium bicarbonate solution and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-OPBI composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves physical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-OPBI composite material comprises (i) adding 0.12 g graphite powder, dispersed in 60 ml methanesulfonic acid, sealing the system, avoiding contact with the air, taking the mixed solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 2 hours in low power ultrasonic instrument, at a rotating speed of 3000 rotations/minute (rpm), centrifuging for 90 minutes to remove un-stripped graphite particles and the upper layer solution is the graphene oxide solution, (ii) taking methanesulfonic acid/graphene solution, mixing with a pure methanesulfonic acid solution in a 100 ml three-necked flask to obtain total volume of 30 ml of the solution, adjusting the volume of methanesulfonic acid/graphene solution to the pure methanesulfonic acid solution so that the content of graphene reaches 0.6wt.%, adding 5 g phosphorus pentoxide, stirring until dissolving, adding 5 mmol 3,3'-diaminobiphenyl and 5 mmol diethyl biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylate in the system, raising the temperature to 140 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 4 minutes under the nitrogen atmosphere, placing precipitated product into ice water, washing with 5% sodium bicarbonate solution for 24 hours, using deionized water to washing for 24 hours and drying to obtain graphene-OPBI composite material.
