▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat-dissipating coating material comprises (i) taking 10-40 wt.% graphene, 20-50 wt.% insulating heat conducting filler, 0.08-0.8 wt.% graphene dispersing agent, 0.08-0.8 wt.% flatting agent, 0.05-0.8 wt.% adhesive, 0.05-0.25 wt.% antifoaming agent and 20-40 wt.% deionized water; (ii) adding the graphene powder and the insulating and thermally conductive filler into vacuum mixer and mixing in vacuum for 30-40 minutes; (iii) adding the three quarters of graphene dispersing agent, flatting agent, adhesive and deionized water, stirring in vacuum for 3-4 hours until fully dispersed; and (iv) adding the antifoaming agent and the remaining quarter of deionized water into the dispersion in step (iii), and vacuum stirring until the slurry fineness is 5-10 mu m. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat-dissipating coating material. ADVANTAGE - The method is stable, and disperses graphene uniformly, and improves the application effect of paint.
