NOVELTY - All-carbon electromagnetic shielding coating comprises 15-20 wt.% all-carbon conductive agent, 3-8 wt.% film-forming agent, 64-78 wt.% solvent, 1-5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% thickener and 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer. The all-carbon conductive agent includes conductive carbon black, multi-walled carbon nanotube and two-dimensional sheet carbon material. USE - All-carbon electromagnetic shielding coating. ADVANTAGE - The all-carbon electromagnetic shielding coating is more conducive to personnel operation, and has rich sources of raw materials, and electromagnetic shielding performance of over 40dB at 450 megahertz (MHz)-40 gigahertz (GHz), which meets the basic requirements of some application occasions for electronic equipment and electromagnetic shielding room engineering. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing all-carbon electromagnetic shielding coating, which involves: (a) weighing 15-20 wt.% all-carbon conductive agent, 3-8 wt.% film-forming agent, 64-78 wt.% solvent, 1-5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% thickener and 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer; (b) adding one-tenth of the solvent to the weighed thickener, stirring until it is uniformly prepared thickener; (c) adding the weighed dispersant and the remaining nine-tenths of the solvent into the stirring tank, stirring until uniform; (d) adding a full-carbon conductive agent to adjust the speed, stirring until uniform, adding a defoamer to keep the speed, stirring until the foam disappears to obtain a rough mixed material; (e) starting the sand mill to stir the obtained rough mixed material while stirring in the stirring tank to obtain the refined mixed material, adding the prepared thickener and the weighed film-forming agent to the finely refined mixed material, and stirring until uniform with a mixer to obtain an all-carbon electromagnetic shielding coating.
