TPU particles, 30-40 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene nano-sheet, 5-10 pts. wt. boron nitride nanotube, 10-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide nanoparticle and 1-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - TPU film. ADVANTAGE - The TPU film has high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, and good heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of TPU film comprising uniformly mixing graphene nano-sheet, boron nitride nanotube and titanium dioxide nanoparticles, obtaining mixed material A, uniformly mixing TPU particles, silicone rubber and epoxy resin at 50-80 degrees C, obtaining mixed material B, adding mixed material A and silane coupling agent, mixing at 100-120 degrees C, vulcanizing for 5-10 minutes at 140-160 degrees C, and extruding to obtain the product.
