NOVELTY - Modified graphene oxide drug-loaded delivery system comprises using graphene oxide as a carrier to support drug X to obtain a graphene oxide complex GO-X, the surface layer of the graphene oxide composite GO-X coated with a positively charged polymeric ionic liquid (PIL) and negatively charged polyacrylic acid (PAA) prepared PAA-PIL/GO-X. USE - The system is useful for preparing an antitumor drug (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified graphene oxide drug delivery system comprising (1) dissolving drug X in a solvent under stirring, slowly adding dropwise to an aqueous solution of graphene oxide GO, and loading drug X onto the graphene oxide GO by ultrasonication, washing precipitate with solvent, and lyophilizing to obtain graphene oxide composite GO-X, (2) reconstituting GO-X, adding polymerized ionic liquid PIL solution at 45 degrees C under slow stirring, and mixing uniformly, reaction is stirred to obtain PIL/GO-X, (3) adding polyacrylic acid PAA solution dropwise to the PIL/GO-X solution under stirring, and stirring the reaction under heating at 45-70 degrees C for 1 hours, and reacting at room temperature for 12 hours to obtain PAA-PIL/GO-X.
