NOVELTY - The method involves producing a carbon nanotube paste, carbon nanotube powder, graphite nanoparticles, dispersing agent and distilled water are mixed, followed by performing a dispersion process through ultrasonic treatment. After mixing the solution dispersed through the dispersion process and the graphite adhesive, a method for producing a carbon nanotube paste, comprises the step of generating a carbon nanotube paste through a ball milling process. After mixing the second carbon nanotube powder and the graphite adhesive, the method for producing a carbon nanotube paste further comprises the step of generating a carbon nanotube paste through a ball milling process. USE - Method for producing a carbon nanotube paste by a carbon nanotube paste emitter in X-ray tube device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Improves the mechanical adhesion between the cathode electrode and the CNT paste emitter by inserting an interfacial layer of graphene or graphite thin film between the cathode electrode made of a metal or graphite material and the CNT paste emitter, and electrical contact resistance.
