NOVELTY - Light-controlled hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity conversion composite material comprises substrate, graphene layer and light-controlled hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity conversion material layer; the graphene layer is provided between the substrate and the light-controlled hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity conversion material layer, the light-controlled hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity conversion material can be changed from hydrophobicity to hydrophilicity under illumination. USE - The composite material is useful in optical-responsive wetting control materials (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the light-controlled hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity conversion composite material comprising providing the graphene layer on the substrate; and forming the light-controlled hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity conversion material layer on the graphene layer.
