USE - The composite material is useful in optical-responsive wetting control materials (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the light-controlled hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity conversion composite material comprising providing the graphene layer on the substrate; and forming the light-controlled hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity conversion material layer on the graphene layer.
