NOVELTY - Preparation of anti-static packaging film involves (1) preparing graphene oxide, (2) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in hot water at 90-95 degrees C, stirring to a colorless transparent liquid, heating and evaporating to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution with a solid content of 20-25%, (3) mixing graphene oxide, nano ferrosoferric oxide and ECIP in a molar ratio of 1:2-5:1-5 to obtain a mixed modifier, dissolving the mixed modifier in the polyvinyl alcohol solution in a mass ratio of 1:20-60, adjusting the pH of the solution to 9-12, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 3-7 hours, adjusting the pH of the solution to neutral, obtaining graphene oxide/ferrosoferric oxide/ECIP-polyvinyl alcohol, (4) adding aniline at 3-8 times the molar amount of polyvinyl alcohol, obtaining graphene oxide/ferrosoferric oxide/ECIP-polyvinyl alcohol/poly aniline dispersion through oxidation-reduction reaction of aniline, and processing the dispersion. USE - Preparation of anti-static packaging film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product excellent thermal stability, tensile properties and antistatic properties.
