▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Expandable graphite material is heated in heating furnace, to obtain expanded graphite. Expanded graphite is dispersed in liquid organic solvent with surface tension of less than 30 dyn/cm, and ultrasonically processed at -5 degrees C to 100 degrees C for 1.5-3.5 hours, to form precipitate (p1). Precipitate (p1) is removed by centrifugation at 500-1000 rpm and further centrifuged at 1000 rpm, to obtain precipitate (p2). The precipitate (P2) is dried, to obtain graphene with high conductivity. The mass ratio of expanded graphite and organic solvent is 1:100-300. USE - Preparation of high-conductivity graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene with excellent stability, reduced defects, and high conductivity and yield by economical and simple method, without oxidation-reduction reaction and introduction of impurities.
