USE - Inorganic composite nanoparticle used for preparing solid-state lithium ion polymer battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite nanoparticle has excellent mechanical strength, flexibility, mechanical stability, chemical stability and thermal stability, high ionic conductivity, and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of inorganic composite nanoparticle comprising mixing carbon nanotube/attapulgite bar and graphene oxide, dispersing in modifying solution to obtain mixed solution; ultrasonically stirring; and raising temperature to 55-100 degrees C, stirring, and refluxing.
