NOVELTY - Method for regulating and controlling diversity of actinomycetes in lawn compost matrix involves using experimental soil sample and nano-carbon black, modifying experimental soil sample, selecting graphene microchip, graphene oxide, carbon nanotube, and ash, calculating dry weight and wet weight of the soil, weighing soil in flowerpots and mixed waste compost into plastic flowerpot, adding dry soil weight to e.g. graphene, adding Festuca arundinacea seed, culturing, adding water, maintaining soil humidity, mixing soil, and refrigerating. USE - The method for regulating and controlling diversity of actinomycetes in lawn compost matrix (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for regulating and controlling diversity of actinomycetes in lawn compost matrix involves (a) using experimental soil sample of 0-20 cm and nano-carbon black of 20-70 nm in diameter with specific surface area of 1200 m2/g and pH of 7, modifying the experimental soil sample using potassium permanganate, selecting graphene microchip of 0.5-20 um and 5-25 nm in thickness with specific surface area of 40-60 m2/g, density of 2.25 g/cm3, 8000-10000 second/m conductivity, and not greater than 99.5%, graphene oxide of 3.4-7 nm in average, and 10-50 mu m in diameter with specific surface area of 100-300 m2/g and more than 90% purity, carbon nanotube of 20-40 nm in diameter, 10-30 um in length, 1.43% carboxylic acid content, and more than 90 wt.% purity, and not less than 8 wt.% ash with specific surface area of more than 110 m2/g and 102 second/cm conductivity, and (b) maintaining soil moisture content, calculating dry weight and wet weight of the soil, weighing 1500 g soil and 30 g mixed waste compost, uniformly stirring, placing into 15 plastic flowerpots with inner diameter of 15 cm and height of 20 cm, adding 1% dry soil weight to graphene, graphene oxide, carbon nanotube, and modified nano-carbon black, then adding carbon nanomaterial, using control without carbon nanomaterial, adding 5 g Festuca arundinacea seed, culturing at 19-27 degrees C with relative humidity of 60-72%, adding water to the soil, maintaining soil humidity, 70% soil water holding capacity, culturing for 130 days, uniformly mixing the soil to 0-5 cm depth, sieving the soil through 60 mesh size sieve, and refrigerating at -20 degrees C for microorganism separation, and counting analysis.
