NOVELTY - Preparing pull type transplanting machine tire comprises e.g. adding 20-45 pts. wt. thermoplastic vulcanizate, 10-20 pts. wt. natural Eucommia gum, and 5-15 pts. wt. styrene elastomer to the open mill, after heating and plasticizing, adding 5-10 pts. wt. graphene with 10-25 pts. wt. hydrogenated styrene elastomer, continuously kneading for 5-10 minutes, extruding, placing on nylon mesh, cutting at equal intervals to obtain the crown layer for use, preparing a steel cable by winding many steel wires, bending the steel cable into a ring shape, heating the ring-shaped steel cable, wrapping the molten rubber on the surface of the ring-shaped steel cable, cooling and cutting to obtain a fan-shaped cross section fetus teeth shaped material, and sending the mixed rubber containing 50-60 pts. wt. thermoplastic vulcanizate and 20-40 pts. wt. natural Eucommia gum to the crusher. USE - The method is useful for preparing pull type transplanting machine tire. ADVANTAGE - The tire: adopts the use of nitrile rubber and polyamide, which has polar functional groups, and good blending compatibility; adopts thermoplastic vulcanizate, which has good aging resistance, fatigue resistance, high toughness, high wear resistance, high tensile strength, small compression set and good thermal stability; and makes non-pneumatic tire materials have higher performance requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing tires of a trailer-type transplanter comprises (1) adding 20-45 pts. wt. thermoplastic vulcanizate, 10-20 pts. wt. natural Eucommia gum, and 5-15 pts. wt. styrene elastomer to the open mill, after heating and plasticizing, adding 5-10 pts. wt. graphene with 10-25 pts. wt. hydrogenated styrene elastomer, continuously kneading for 5-10 minutes, extruding, placing on nylon mesh, cutting at equal intervals to obtain the crown layer for use, (2) preparing a steel cable by winding many steel wires, bending the steel cable into a ring shape, heating the ring-shaped steel cable, wrapping the molten rubber on the surface of the ring-shaped steel cable, cooling and cutting to obtain a fan-shaped cross section fetus teeth shaped material, and (3) sending the mixed rubber containing 50-60 pts. wt. thermoplastic vulcanizate and 20-40 pts. wt. natural Eucommia gum to the crusher, after heating and masticating, softening and extruding the strip-shaped rubber strip, and using the rubber strip, calendaring , extruding to a predetermined width, placing the flattened rubber strip on a nylon rope mesh cloth of the same width, cutting at equal intervals to obtain a compound rubber layer of the tire bladder, (4) adding 50-80 pts. wt. thermoplastic vulcanizate, 30-50 pts. wt. natural Eucommia gum to the open mixer, heating, kneading, adding 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. plasticizer and 2-5 pts. wt. wear-resistant anti-slip agent, mixing and stirring, adding 1-2 pts. wt. sulfur, after rapid stirring and heating, obtaining the compound rubber, extruding the compound rubber, placing at room temperature for 10-16 hours to obtain the sidewall layer and tread layer, (5) aligning the side of the parallelogram with the edge of the roller, applying 3-5 composite rubber layers to the roller along the cutting line of the rubber layer of the tire bladder to obtain the carcass, (6) moving a pair of fetal teeth radially to two ends of the roller with the carcass, and after equidistant flanging is reserved on the outer edges of the two sides of the fetal bladder in the axial direction, shrinking the tire teeth in the radial direction, wrapping the tire teeth at both ends of the tire sac, cutting the flanges in the roller along the radial radius and trimming the inner edge of the formed tire sac to obtain finished tires.
