▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of electrode involves forming graphite oxide, adding graphite oxide to a polar solvent, peeling off graphite oxide by ultrasonically treating, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion, mixing a dispersion medium and a binder with the graphene oxide dispersion to form a paste composition, molding the paste composition containing graphene oxide in the form of electrode, and reducing heat-treating electrode-shaped molded component containing graphene oxide to reduce graphene oxide to graphene. USE - Manufacture of electrode used in ultracapacitor (claimed) used in electronic device and hybrid electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of electrode having high specific surface area and conductivity, by preventing re-lamination phenomenon of graphene. The ultracapacitor formed using the electrode has high energy density and capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for ultracapacitor.
