NOVELTY - A fabric printed on polyurethane microporous membrane comprises base fabric layer, adhesive layer, polyurethane microporous membrane layer and printing layer from bottom to top. USE - Fabric printed on polyurethane microporous membrane, used for dyeing or printing of textile. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has excellent water repellency, ventilation and moisture permeability. The printing on fabric make the fabric dry and comfortable, and has function of moisture absorption and fast drying and antibacterial and deodorization, after printing, and resist the static water pressure with high pressure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of fabric printed on polyurethane microporous membrane, which involves (S1) printing the slurry of printing layer on polyurethane microporous membrane using screen printing process, drying and shaping at temperature of 140-160℃, and the printing speed is 18-22 m/minute, (S2) manufacturing base fabric layer, and (S3) coating adhesive layer on base fabric layer, combining other surface of polyurethane microporous membrane with adhesive layer, and the adhering speed is 13-18 m/second, and drying at 25-30℃.
