NOVELTY - An electrochemiluminescence aptasensor is prepared by utilizing thiocholine as co-promoter for cadmium sulfide and potassium persulfate system, preparing thiocholine by enzymatic hydrolysis and utilizing gold nanoparticles-cobalt ferrite-magnetic nanoparticles loaded with chlorpyrifos aptamer and acetylcholinesterase and cadmium sulfide-gold nanoparticles-reduced graphene oxide/glassy carbon electrode loaded with complementary strand of chlorpyrifos aptamer, where the electrochemiluminescence aptasensor has high sensitivity and specificity for detection of chlorpyrifos. USE - Electrochemiluminescence aptasensor for detecting chlorpyrifos (pesticide) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemiluminescence aptasensor detects chlorpyrifos with better specificity and high sensitivity in a simple and rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the electrochemiluminescence aptasensor (2) a method for detecting chlorpyrifos.
