NOVELTY - A catalyst comprises active component comprising nickel oxide doped with manganese-based oxide, and graphene as carrier. USE - Catalyst for lithium-air battery. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has better catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the catalyst, which involves immersing graphene in aqueous ammonia, ultrasonically stirring the solution, adding manganese salt and nickel salt to the solution, adjusting pH of the solution to 8-14 using alkali solution, ultrasonically stirring the solution for 2-10 hours, adding deionized water to the solution and drying the solution in oven at 60-150 degrees C to remove impurity ions from final drying, where the alkali solution is sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide.
