NOVELTY - The phase shifter has a dielectric layer (2) formed on an upper part of a substrate (4). A conductor component is formed with graphene material and provided with a first metal layer (3) and a transmission line (1). The first metal layer is plated on the substrate and matched with the dielectric layer. The transmission line is fixed with the dielectric layer. Two sides of the transmission line are connected with a reference ground unit. The reference ground unit and the dielectric layer are arranged with a second metal layer (5). USE - Low-loss dielectric graphene-based phase shifter. ADVANTAGE - The shifter is simple and compact in structure, inexpensive and convenient to manufacture, and reduces energy loss, and has large phase shift degree and self-matching impedance effect.
