NOVELTY - Composition for coatings under wet and rust conditions comprises styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified resin, 0.01-0.06 wt.% graphene, 40-80 wt.% resin, 10-30 wt.% solvent, 1-6 wt.% diluent, 6-40 wt.% pigment, 0.1-3 wt.% auxiliary agent, 1-15 wt.% anti-rust and rust remover and other materials as basic ingredients of the environmentally friendly graphene metal rust anticorrosive treatment coating. USE - Used as composition for coatings under wet and rust conditions. ADVANTAGE - The composition: has low requirements for the rust removal level of the metal surface; carries out the painting operation under saturated humidity and lower temperature, which is more suitable for on-site construction needs and operation requirements in skylight points; is more grounded; highlights safety, fast, excellent quality, excellent price and environmental protection; improves the anti-corrosion effect; solves the environmental protection problem while prolonging the protection life; and has no harm to personnel, excellent protection effect, and long maintenance cycle; passivates metal to achieve the purpose of stabilizing rust; is anti-rust paint with low viscosity, high solid content and strong permeability; has conversion type and stable type, which converts harmful rust into harmless pigments and can prevent further corrosion; has active groups, which not only play the role of dissolving the base material and diluting the coating, but also can be firmly combined with the curing system in the two-component material; greatly improves the anti-corrosion performance and the adhesion of the material on the surface of the coating; focuses on the solubility parameters of the resin base material and the solubility parameters of the solvent; is free of harmful substances e.g. benzene because it is mixed solvent; has been studied; has strong ability to dilute the resin; is non-toxic; has no special odor; is not volatile; can meet the performance requirements of the paint film; and considers the cost, dilution effect, odor, system hardness, and system temperature resistance, etc., so as to select different diluents.
